BONDHOLDER IDENTIFICATION
REQUEST FOR DISCLOSURE OF SECURITY HOLDINGS INFORMATION
Bank Indonesia, as the central bank of the Republic of Indonesia, (the “Issuer”) has engaged Lynchpin Bondholder Management Limited (the “Identification Agent”) to compile on a quarterly basis an updated list of the holders of the bonds listed below (the “Bonds”). This information will facilitate further communications with holders and enable bondholders to receive timely information regarding their holdings. It will further allow the issuer to understand the market better in order to support future bond issuances. The Issuer therefore requests that the holders of the Bonds disclose their identities and holdings as of 30 June 2022 (the “Record Date”) to the Identification Agent.
